Which computer is the best? DDO Gaming and Surfing the Web/Etc.?

Just to let everyone know, I have no idea what the difference is between different computers. Expect the price range. My biggest concern would be, which computer can run DDO (Dungeons & Dragons Online) the best? http://www.ddo.com/component/content/article/457-ddo-system-requirements
Besides playing DDO, I’m really just looking for a computer to surf the web on, and maybe watch random YouTube videos. If anyone can explain to me which one is best, (and works best for DDO) that would be very helpful. Also, if you didn’t like any of the choices I picked out, check on the eMachines page for their different Desktop products. I perfer eMachines, why? It’s in my price range. Hah.

You’d have to set it to the lowest possible graphics settings with the graphics cards that are in those computers (All integerated btw). You could buy a dedicated graphics card to upgrade the video capabilities. An ATI 5670 would suffice since the power supplies that Emachines uses would not support anything higher.
