Change of Hearts is Forbidden I’d put in a mind/brain control.
Snipe Hunter is limited to one.
Mystical Space Typhoon is limited to one. (you did separately. O_o;)
Take out Saber Beetle
This card isn’t related to the theme too.
Take out ALL Red Eyes
I’d put in 3 Blue Eye’s since it’s stronger and it requires the same amount of sac’s.
The Dragon Dwelling in the Dark?
Isn’t it The Dragon Dwelling in the Cave? 2000/def?
Take it out anyways, since dragon decks are mostly about power and trying to win as fast as possible you don’t need defense cards.
Take out Luster Dragon #2
You don’t need that much tributing monsters, and its not that powerful.
Take out Gravitic Orb
Not a very good card.
Take out Flame Cerebrus
Weak monster, and for a tribute? Not worth it in my opinion.
Take out Obsidian Dragon
Defense card and not that good of an effect since nearly MOST dragons are anything other than dark.
Elemental hero Burstinatrix
It’s not a TV show 
not a very good card in real life.
Take out Tyhone
Such a weak card, I’d add two more Luster Dragon’s
Take out Barrier Statue of the Heavens
You’ll use more than light monsters. And this is not very effective.
Take out Chiron the Mage
A two for one card, not a good effect also since you already have Mst and heavy storm.
Take out Kaiser Sea Horse
And add Totem Dragon ill tell you why in the combo’s.
Take out Ryu-Ran
You have the 3 Blue Eye’s (Sorry dragon decks are expensive.)
Take out Counter Cleaner
Worthless.

Must be bottomless… Draw… its Dragon’s Mirror… Tribute Totem for Blue eye’s They use Bottomless it dies… You use Dragons Mirror… Remove 3 blue eye’s Summon Blue eye’s ultimate >D ATTACK 
Or do the same thing but this time your opponent attacks totem… and attacks another… you use Dragon’s Mirror and summons Five headed Dragon 5000 Atk. You attack muahaha >D lol. o_o;
