Harry Potter dragon question on chinese fireball?
What does the Chinese Fireball dragon look like? i saw a picture from the harry potter card and it showed a white dragon but the figurine you can buy from the hp magazine showed a red dragon. Also, Did they show the other three students fighting in the movie’s’ deleted scenes. Does anoyone know if they filmed them or at least showed the baby dragons as they came out of the bag? they didn’t show it in the movie. Is it in the video game or is it described in the book (goblet of fire)? i saw a picture where the dragon was white and then i saw in the Harry potter magazine that the statue had a burnt red looking dragon.

Oh is there other info like were the other scenes even played out (like in the future will they have an extended version like they have for Lord of the Rings) or does anyone know about the white colored chinese fireball dragon. it’s on ebay
From the pages of the Goblet of Fire – JK Rowlings does describe the dragons a bit.
Welsh Green – (Fleur’s) was, of course, green.
Chinese Fireball – (Krum) was scarlet red, so I would think the white one you saw, someone got it very wrong, at least by JK’s description herself.
Swedish Short-Snout – (Cedric) was a bluish-grey.
And the Hungarian Horntail – (Harry’s) was black and yellow.
The deleated scenes do not show any of the other three fighting their dragons and I did a bit of research and no scenes were filmed, as it would have been too expensive.
In the movies you do see three little dragons, (not pictured – Krum’s) although the scene is quite brief, you can see each one. But I will say the coloring in the movie differed from the pages of her book and I don’t know why –
The Welsh green was indeed green but for the others-
The movie has the Hungarian Horntail as a brown spiky dragon – not the black and yellow from the book.
The Swedish one (Cedric’s) was Yellow and black in the movie – not the blueish grey described in the novel.
